191 St Georges Tce, Perth (Parmelia House) - End of trip facility, main lobby upgrade, building signage, part floor make goods, speculative fit outs, integrated tenant fit out (FLUX co-working), on floor Lobby and bathroom upgrades, cafe fit out, electrical distribution board replacements, new fire hydrant and sprinkler system.

216 St Georges Tce, Perth (London House) - New free standing end of trip facility, full and part floor make goods, on floor lobby and bathroom upgrades, speculative fit outs and integrated tenant fit outs.
