These projects focused on building upgrades to Stockland’s two adjoined commercial assets in the Perth CBD. Capital Works across the two assets included;
2 Victoria Avenue - New end of trip facility, full floor make goods, building signage, minor entry lobby works, on floor bathroom upgrades.
263 Adelaide Terrace (Durack Centre) - New end of trip facility, main lobby upgrade, external landscaping, building signage, external ACM cladding works, full floor make goods, speculative fit outs, lift car interiors.
